79xp Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules to Play Safely

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and the 79xp ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any feature of 79xp — including deposits, bets, games, and withdrawals — you confirm that you have read this document in full and freely accepted all of its provisions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: the 79xp digital environment accessible at 79xp.net and any subdomains, including the responsive mobile version.
• Account: the individual profile created by the User upon completing the registration process with a valid CPF and identity verification.
• Real Balance: the amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the User into the Account, available for betting and immediate withdrawal.
• Bonus Balance: credits awarded through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Rollover: the total wagering volume required to convert bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds.

To create an account and use 79xp's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be physically located in Brazil at the time of access and wagering.

• Not have any other active or suspended account on the platform. Only one registration per CPF.

Registration must be completed exclusively by the User, using accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false data, using a third party's identity, or creating accounts on behalf of others constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account blocking and cancellation of all balances.

79xp reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal or whenever there is any indication of irregularity. The KYC process may require the submission of the following documents:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport).
• CPF — the back of the RG may be used if the CPF number appears on it, or an official Receita Federal document.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, or a bank statement).
• For Pix withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00: proof of income or bank statements from the last 3 months.

Documents must be uploaded through the account area on the platform. Review is completed within 24 business hours. During this period, your balance remains available for wagering, but withdrawals are suspended until verification is complete.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the established deadline may result in account suspension and balance hold until the matter is resolved. 79xp handles all received documents in full compliance with the LGPD.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.

• Withdrawals exceeding R$ 50,000.00 are subject to additional KYC verification, with a review period of up to 24 hours.
• 79xp charges no withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount credited to your account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account, Pix key, or digital wallet in the User's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first meet the corresponding rollover requirement before converting into real balance.

79xp offers regular bonuses and promotions for new registrations and active players. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 1,000.00. Minimum qualifying deposit: R$ 20.00. 10x rollover on the bonus amount within 30 calendar days of activation.
• Weekly cashback: 15% of the week's net negative balance (losses minus winnings), credited every Monday as bonus balance. 1x rollover.
• Seasonal promotions: have specific conditions disclosed at the time of launch, which take precedence over the general conditions where there is any discrepancy.
• To count toward bonus rollover, bets must meet minimum odds of 1.50 (Sports Betting) or be placed on slots or live casino, which contribute in full. Roulette bets on red/black, odd/even, and low/high contribute 10% of the staked amount toward the bonus rollover.
• A User may only have one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the rollover on a previous one will automatically cancel the pending bonus balance.

• Live (in-play) betting may be suspended during high-volatility moments in a match — such as goals, red cards, injuries, or VAR reviews — and will resume once the situation stabilizes.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are automatically refunded to the User's balance, unless the specific competition rules state otherwise.
• Postponed events that take place within 48 hours of the original date are considered valid for the purpose of bets already placed.
• Bets placed on markets whose outcome had already been determined before the bet was registered are void and the stake is returned.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (odds obviously out of market due to a system error) may be voided, with the stake returned to the User's balance.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion between players, or intentional exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

79xp continuously monitors platform activity to detect unusual patterns. Any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance hold pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

79xp may suspend or close an account in the following situations, with or without prior notice:

• Proven violation or well-founded suspicion of a violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• User-initiated request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Identification of a gambling pattern indicating a compulsive gambling problem, as a protective measure for the User.
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months with no deposits or bets placed.
• Order from a competent judicial or administrative authority.

If 79xp closes the account without any breach of the Terms by the User, the available real balance will be refunded via Pix within 5 business days. Uncleared bonus balances are non-refundable. If the account is closed due to a Terms violation, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and potential return to the original sender of the funds.

79xp provides its platform on an as-is basis, with the features and availability described in these Terms. 79xp is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the User, whether in casino games, slots, Sports Betting, or any other mode available on the platform.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to a security vulnerability on the user's device or mishandling of their own credentials.
• Decisions by third parties (banking operators, the Central Bank, regulatory authorities) that affect payment processing.

In the event of a verified technical failure that causes direct loss to the User, 79xp will review each case individually and take the appropriate corrective action, limited to the amount directly affected by the failure.
